13-year-old lady killed in Massachusetts crash, 16-year-old boy charged with OUI

A 13-year-old lady was killed in an in a single day crash, in keeping with officers who’ve charged a 16-year-old boy with OUI.

Marblehead law enforcement officials responded to a crash at round 2:51 a.m. on Tuesday within the space of 352 Atlantic Ave.

First responders on the scene discovered a car with intensive injury and a 13-year-old lady who had suffered life-threatening accidents. She was pronounced lifeless on the scene.

A 16-year-old boy, who officers consider was the motive force, was handled for accidents and transported by ambulance to an area hospital. He was arrested and charged with working underneath the affect.

The crash stays underneath investigation by the Marblehead Police Division, the Massachusetts State Police Collision Evaluation and Reconstruction Part, and State Police Crime Scene Providers.
