“9-1-1: Nashville” actor Isabelle Tate died Sunday on the age of 23, in keeping with the McCray Company expertise firm that represented her. Tate performed Julie on the Ryan Murphy spinoff sequence — and had simply appeared within the ABC present’s pilot episode that aired on Oct. 9, 2025.
It was her first skilled appearing position; a reason for demise for Tate has but to be disclosed.
“We are deeply saddened and completely heartbroken to share that Isabelle Tate passed away on October 19th,” her agent Kim McCray wrote Tuesday on social media. “She was 23. I’ve known Izzy since she was a teenager and she recently returned to acting.”
“She booked the first series she auditioned for, 9-1-1 Nashville,” McCray continued.
McCray stated Tate “had a wonderful time” filming the episode, which stays the one entry on her official IMDb web page. Tributes for the actor, who glided by “Izzy Tate,” have began pouring in to her obituary web page on the Austin Funeral & Cremation Providers web site.
The obituary itself notes Tate was born and raised in Nashville and graduated from Center Tennessee State College with a bachelor’s diploma in enterprise. She “wanted to change the world” and “loved volunteering her time to all things, particularly animals,” it stated.
It continued, “Isabelle was full of fire, a fighter, never once making excuses for the fact that she might have a disability relative to others. She was also quite musically inclined, often spending hours writing and recording songs with her friends and even publishing a few.”
“What she loved the most though was spending time with family and friends, always the life of the party,” it continued. “Her sister was her best friend and her mom was her shining beacon of light.”

“9-1-1: Nashville” follows emergency responders within the titular Tennessee city. The drama sequence serves because the second spinoff of the “9-1-1” franchise co-created by Murphy after the “9-1-1: Lone Star,” which is ready in Austin, Texas, and not too long ago concluded after 5 seasons.
It stays unclear whether or not Tate filmed multiple episode for “Nashville.”
“My heart goes out to her wonderful mother @katerinataterealtor, her sister Daniella, family and friends,” wrote McCray. “I was so lucky to know her and she will be greatly missed by so many.”
