Suffolk Development hits again at International Companions ‘underhanded’ ways in MassDOT service plaza contract dispute

Suffolk Development is “no longer compelled to stay silent” on the state service plaza contract controversy, the corporate stated Thursday, issuing affidavits in its protection, requests for info, and urging MassDOT to not give the contract to dropping bidder International Companions.
