A statie has been arrested and charged with assaulting a baby and with home assault and battery, in accordance with police.
Mass State Police Trooper Michael Gagnon — who lives in Plympton — was arrested final week following an investigation by the Plymouth DA’s workplace, Plympton Police, and DCF.
State Police has since suspended Gagnon with out pay.
