Detroit's Motion Pageant Evacuated Because of Extreme Climate

Attendees of the 2024 Motion Digital Music Pageant at Detroit’s Hart Plaza have evacuated the grounds as a result of extreme climate.

Motion’s organizers issued an alert by way of social media at 6:43pm on Sunday, the pageant’s second day.

“Attention: Severe weather is heading to Hart Plaza,” the alert reads. “All attendees must evacuate immediately. Please head to the nearest exit point.”
