A Roxbury man who allegedly harm two Boston cops with a stolen automobile earlier than one of many cops shot him within the face has been ordered held with out bail.

Eyad Abbas, 23 — who appeared in court docket on Monday with a big head wound — is dealing with quite a few expenses stemming from an incident close to the Forest Hills MBTA Station final week.

Boston cops on Thursday night responded to a radio name at 66 Hyde Park Ave for a sighting of a black BMW X7, which had been reported stolen from an Abington auto physique store. Upon arrival, two officers approached the automobile and spoke with the motive force, later recognized as Abbas.

After a brief dialog, Abbas reportedly put the automobile in reverse and tried to flee, injuring the primary officer — who had positioned his arms on the door deal with and fender of the automobile.

Abbas then drove ahead, allegedly putting the second officer — who shot his service weapon and struck Abbas within the face, inflicting him to drive right into a parked automobile.
