Take heed to Kaleena Zanders and Tchami's Gospel-Impressed Collaboration, "DADDY KEEPS CALLING"

Date:

Kaleena Zanders and Tchami have teamed up for a gleeful, gospel-inspired single, “DADDY KEEPS CALLING.”

In line with the pair, the time period “Daddy” within the title refers back to the dancefloor, a spot which Zanders referred to as “a place to rejoice for people of all walks of life.”

“In our heads, we imagined the dancefloor
being the dominant power in our lives that drives us to create dance music and
the power that so many individuals collect round,” the EDM.com Class of 2022 inductee defined in an announcement. “With that mentioned, on this case
enjoying off of sensual role-play,
Daddy is the dancefloor and the nucleus that
binds us all.”

Joyous shouts and claps permeate the track from its outset as the energy boils over with the fervent passion of Zanders’ voice. Mix that with a spirited piano melody and a pulsing house beat from French house music superstar Tchami, and you have a powerful dance record that’s impossible not to praise.

Out now via Helix Records, “DADDY KEEPS CALLING” is the third single to be released ahead of Zanders’ GLORIFIED EP, which is set to come out mid-October.
