Ronnie Qualls, 53, has been arrested after Wednesday evening’s crash into Ashmont Nursery College in Dorchester.

Boston cops have been patrolling Washington Road after they reportedly noticed a automobile that had crashed into the Ashmont Nursery enterprise, positioned subsequent to 764 Washington St. The officers then turned their cruiser round and went to the scene.
