A newly publicized memo from Homeland Safety Secretary Kristi Noem asks the IRS to deploy its brokers to assist with the Trump administration’s mass deportation efforts.
The memo, first obtained by The Wall Road Journal on Monday, is dated Feb. 7 and asks Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to be used of a number of the IRS’s roughly 2,000 legislation enforcement officers educated to research tax violations and different monetary crimes.
