“Boy Meets World” actors Danielle Fishel and Maitland Ward’s on-air reunion took a startling flip this week with the previous co-stars hurling accusations at one another relating to their respective behind-the-scenes actions.
Ward was interviewed for Monday’s episode of “Pod Meets World,” the “Boy Meets World” rewatch podcast co-hosted by Fishel, with fellow actors Will Friedle and Rider Robust. The seemingly jovial chat, nevertheless, grew to become a heated back-and-forth when Fishel requested Ward level clean: “Do you hate us?”
“No, I do not hate you. I think that you hate me, because you wouldn’t speak to me on ‘Girl Meets World,’ and that was hurtful,” Ward replied, referring to the “Boy Meets World” spinoff sequence which aired from 2014 to 2017.
When Fishel requested for clarification, Ward accused her of unfriending her on Fb. Although Fishel responded by noting she wasn’t energetic on Fb, she took a swipe at Ward, claiming her co-star has spoken ailing of the “Boy Meets World” solid in TMZ interviews when the podcast had been within the information.
“Are you trying to accuse me of using you, or are you trying to accuse me of something?” Ward stated, earlier than implying that Fishel, Friedle and Robust “hate” former “Boy Meets World” co-star Ben Savage and sequence creator Michael Jacobs.

“Boy Meets World,” which aired from 1993 to 2000, chronicled the lifetime of Cory Matthews (performed by Savage) as he transitioned from his pre-teen years via faculty. Over the course of the sequence, Cory developed romantic emotions for Fishel’s character, Topanga. Ward’s character, Rachel, popped up throughout Cory’s faculty years as Topanga’s roommate.
Although Ward went on to look within the 2004 movie “White Chicks,” she stopped pursuing mainstream appearing work after showing on the CBS sequence “Rules of Engagement.” Since 2019, she’s labored primarily in grownup movies.
