A registered Stage 2 intercourse offender has been arrested after allegedly taking images of a lady in a YMCA bathe, based on police.
Brockton man Abidan Rivera, 42, was arrested and charged with photographing, videotaping or electronically surveilling somebody nude/partially nude, or sexual intimate components.
East Bridgewater cops have been dispatched to the YMCA at 635 Plymouth St. on Sunday to analyze the report of a suspicious man taking images and/or video of a lady within the bathe.
Following an investigation, police recognized Rivera because the suspect. Rivera, already a registered Stage 2 intercourse offender, was recognized through video surveillance and an eyewitness.
Prior to now, Rivera has been convicted a number of occasions of open and gross lewdness and lascivious conduct.
