Ariana Grande’s household has introduced that the pop star’s grandmother, Marjorie Grande, has died. She was 99.
The “Wicked” star’s mother, Joan Grande, introduced Marjorie’s demise in an Instagram Tales publish on Tuesday.
“We are devastated to share that the beloved matriarch of our family has passed away. Marjorie (Nonna) Grande passed peacefully in her home and was surrounded by her family and loved ones for every moment of her last few weeks,” Joan wrote in a household assertion beneath a throwback picture of Marjorie.
The assertion continued, “We thank you for your love, support and for respecting our privacy as we grieve and celebrate her beautiful, extraordinary life.”
The songwriter reposted her mother’s tribute to her Instagram Tales on Tuesday. Ariana additionally shared a picture of what seemed to be her grandma and her late grandfather Frank, who died in July 2024.
Ariana’s older brother, Frankie Grande, shared a heartfelt tribute on his personal Instagram account Tuesday, writing partially, “I love you endlessly, my sweet Nonna. I miss you more than words can hold. My heart is shattered, but I feel you watching over me, already so proud of everything I’ve done and all that is about to come.”
Frankie accompanied his publish with images of particular moments that he shared along with his late grandma.
