Beverly’s Rep. Jerald Parisella nominated to function District Courtroom affiliate justice

Gov. Maura Healey nominated a seven-term Democratic consultant from Beverly to function an affiliate justice of the District Courtroom, a transfer that might set the stage for a particular election after residents handed the lawmaker one other two-year time period.
