Boston Police Blotter: Fentanyl, cocaine trafficking and theft

The next calls and arrests had been reported by the Boston Police Division from 10 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 28 to 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 29, in response to info supplied by the division.

All the under named defendants are presumed harmless till confirmed responsible.

  • Carlos Cortez, 277 Meridian Avenue, East Boston, trafficking in fentanyl.
  • Mohamed Mohamud, 114 Cottage Avenue, Chelsea, assault and battery on a police officer.
  • Richard Lopera Pineda, 256 Lexington Avenue, East Boston, working with out a license.
  • Carlos Pineda, 185 Savannah Ave., Mattapan, assault with a harmful weapon.
  • Bernard Lewis, 68 Hyde Park Ave., Jamaica Plain, working on a suspended license.
  • Kerby Cetoute, 70 Boylston Avenue, Malden, furnishing false ID to regulation enforcement.
  • William Grayson, 3 Fairland Avenue, Roxbury, trafficking in cocaine.
  • Harrison Fins, no tackle given, procuring lifting over $100 by price ticket tampering.
  • Nathaniel Dupler, no tackle given, malicious destruction of property over $1,200.
  • Mohamed Diallo, 226 Salem Avenue, Malden, unarmed theft.
  • Chitori Perry, 35 Houghton Avenue, Boston, working an unregistered car.

Incident abstract

BPD officers responded to no less than 226 reported incidents within the coated 24-hour interval. Officers responded to tree robberies, 10 aggravated assaults, 22 different instances of larceny, and two reported auto thefts. There have been no reported homicides or burglaries, and no cases of larceny from a car.

Civil rights unit seeks public’s assist

The BPD is asking the general public to assist their Civil Rights Unit determine a number of males needed in reference to an aggravated assault that occurred round 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 13 close to 550 River Avenue in Mattapan.
