Pembroke and Massachusetts State Police arrested Fernando Torres, 37, of Windfall, RI, and Victoria Lambert, 29 of Warwick, RI, on Sunday at a gasoline station.

Torres has been charged with armed theft, assault with a harmful weapon, menace to commit a criminal offense, assault and battery, and armed assault to rob an individual over 60. Police charged Lambert with accent after the actual fact.
