Boston was decked out in festive colours for the 52nd annual Boston Caribbean Carnival Parade Saturday.
Festivities kicked off at daybreak with the J’Ouvert Parade after which the bigger Caribbean Carnival down MLK Boulevard to Warren Road to Blue Hill Avenue and into Franklin Park.
Native politicians, together with incumbent Mayor Michelle Wu and challenger Josh Kraft, additionally attended the occasion.
