Charlie Sheen Claims Invoice Clinton Tried To Pursue His Girlfriend In The ‘80s

Date:

Charlie Sheen has claimed that Bill Clinton once attempted to make a pass at his girlfriend in the ’80s.

In his new memoir, “The Book of Sheen,” the actor, 60, alleged that the previous president tried to shoot his shot along with his then-girlfriend, Dolly Fox, when he was filming 1987’s “Three for the Road” in Arkansas, in response to a number of shops.

The Golden Globe winner stated that the alleged ordeal occurred after Clinton, who was governor of Arkansas on the time and had been married to his spouse Hillary Clinton since 1975, invited him and his co-stars Alan Ruck and Kerri Inexperienced to his residence to do a photograph op.

Calling the invitation “pretty surreal,” Sheen wrote that he invited Fox to tag alongside.

The “Wall Street” star stated one thing surprising occurred subsequent after Clinton apparently took curiosity in Fox, with Ruck telling Sheen that he allegedly witnessed Clinton discreetly making an attempt to get details about Fox from his aides.

“I was answering a reporter’s question when Ruck overheard Clinton whisper to one of his aides, ‘Find out what you can about the brunette,’” Sheen recalled. “The brunette was Dolly.”

“And to this day, Alan swears it was an exact quote. Clearly the behavior that transformed an intern a few years later into a household name had been in play long before her blue dress became famous,” Sheen wrote, referring to Clinton’s notorious affair with Monica Lewinsky.

Sheen added, “It was quite the moment in time to be ringside for that slice of creepy history.”

Regardless of feeling “bad for Dolly to be objectified and skeeved-out like that,” Sheen stated he “still had to take some pride in ‘Bubba’ fancying my gal,” referring to Clinton’s nickname.

“Alan gave Dolly the rundown in the bar later on that same night. To her credit, she laughed and was actually flattered,” he added of the alleged incident.

Reps for Sheen and Clinton didn’t instantly reply to HuffPost’s requests for remark.

Elsewhere in his memoir, Sheen recalled being decided to publicly share the story sooner or later after nobody believed his account when he was in rehab throughout Clinton’s 1999 impeachment listening to, which stemmed from expenses concerning the Lewinsky scandal.

“I was still pretty faded on detox meds and [none of my fellow patients] believed me,” Sheen wrote within the e-book launched final week. “I literally said out loud to the group huddled around the TV, ‘It’s kool, I’ll put it in a book one day and you can all go fuck yourselves.’ (And here we are).”
