Charlie Sheen regrets not reaching out to Matthew Perry earlier than his demise.
Sheen displays on his connection to the “Friends” star in his new memoir, “The Book of Sheen,” which affords a uncooked account of his lifelong battle with habit and his repeated rebounds from all-time low.

Perry was discovered lifeless at his LA residence in October 2023 after by accident drowning whereas incapacitated by the consequences of ketamine.
