After greater than a month on the run, the suspect wished in connection to the ugly Labor Day homicide at a Dorchester barbershop has been arrested.
Authorities apprehended Diamond Jose Brito, 32, of Canton, round 7 p.m. Thursday in Mattapan, the Boston Police Division mentioned in a launch early Friday morning.
Brito allegedly shot and killed Elijah Ricardo Clunie, 20, of Dorchester, and was “wanted on several warrants issued out of Dorchester District Court,” for the homicide, Boston Police mentioned.
