“I went up to go read for ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’ and then [Spielberg] asked me out on a date,” she continued. “We were together for three, four months, and he still has a bowling shirt of mine.”
Bertinelli defined that she forgot to get the shirt out of Spielberg’s closet once they broke up and jokingly mentioned she “would like it back.”
Barrymore, nonetheless processing this fever dream, leaned in additional and requested if the 2 “had fun” throughout their tryst.
