East Boston man charged with common abuse of pet German shepherd canine

An East Boston man is accused of abusing a German shepherd, together with strolling the canine in a headlock and mendacity on her neck in public areas.

“During the holiday season, many pets receive even more attention and affection from the families who love and care for them. But there are always the heartbreaking exceptions, and we will hold people accountable for cruel and abusive behavior whenever we can,” Suffolk District Lawyer Kevin Hayden, a canine proprietor himself, mentioned following the Thursday arraignment of Armani Doshi.
