Producing home music with bass that bites again, Merow has launched her debut EP on Martin Garrix’s STMPD RCRDS.

The Dutch DJ and producer pulls no punches in BASS RELATED VOL. 1, which options three tracks. Dripping with adrenaline, every one pulsates with darkish, driving rhythms tailor-made for peak-time dancefloor moments.

From the animalistic power of “The Moshpit” to the uncooked, unrelenting rhythms of “To The Beat,” Merow’s gritty manufacturing grabs you by the throat and drags you into the guts of a warehouse rave. Whereas firmly rooted in bass home, she incorporates delicate influences from UK storage music, including depth and texture.

The EP’s cohesive sound demonstrates a transparent imaginative and prescient for Merow’s musical identification. She says the venture is the upshot of her first worldwide summer season tour, a private triumph that is led to her most inventive work but.

“Working on this EP during my tour was such a special process for me,” Merow mentioned in an announcement shared with EDM.com. “I had the chance to experiment with new sounds, combining bass elements with different grooves. One of the most exciting things was creating a tempo-change track with a UK Garage influence, which was something I hadn’t done before.”
