Connor Glew scored the lone objective in Bromfield’s 1-0 win over Rockland within the Division 4 state championship boys soccer sport in Leominster.
The objective was assisted by his brother, Liam Glew, and the victory handed the Trojans the 14th state championship in program historical past. That’s the most of any boys soccer program throughout the MIAA.

On Thursday, South Shore Voke superior to the MVADA Small championship sport with a 36-20 victory over Keefe Tech within the semifinals.
Johnny Burgio led the Vikings with 67 dashing yards and two touchdowns, Jayden Fraser had 59 dashing yards and a landing, Ryan Holmes had 54 dashing yards and a landing, Joseph Humphreys had a 40-yard interception return for a landing and a fumble restoration whereas Beau Johnson had two sacks and a compelled fumble….Diman superior to the MVADA Massive championship sport with a 21-20 victory over Higher Lawrence. James McKenzie scored two second half touchdowns whereas Alexis Gonzalez added the opposite.
