ICE arrest Guatemalan nationwide with previous intercourse offender conviction

ICE arrested a Guatemalan nationwide with a previous conviction for the indecent assault and battery towards an individual age 14 or older, the company introduced Friday.

Eynar Estuardo Vielman Jimenez, 38, was taken into custody on Aug. 2 in West Roxbury by Homeland Safety Investigations New England brokers, ICE acknowledged. Jimenez is a citizen of Guatemala.

Jimenez is registered as a Stage 2 intercourse offender in Massachusetts, after a conviction in April 2017 for 3 counts of indecent assault and battery on an individual aged 14 or older, ICE mentioned.

The Guatemalan nationwide was sentenced to 328 days in jail following his trial, the company acknowledged.
