ICE Boston nabs Dominican drug vendor charged with assault

Date:

ICE arrested a Dominican nationwide convicted in Massachusetts courtroom for pushing heroin in Boston.

“Santos Aibar is exactly the kind of alien offender who needs to be removed from the streets of Massachusetts,” stated Patricia Hyde, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removing Operations performing Boston discipline workplace director.

“He has already been convicted of peddling poison to our neighborhoods, and he currently stands accused of assaulting a resident with a box cutter,” Hyde continued.

ICE doesn’t know when and the place Aibar entered the US, however he has left a string of crimes in Massachusetts for years.

The primary prison file ICE has in its assertion on Aibar’s arrest was his conviction in September 2008 in West Roxbury District Courtroom for distribution of heroin, for which he bought a yr in jail.

ICE deported Aibar to the Dominican Republic in 2010 and he illegally entered the U.S. once more at an unknown date after that.

The South Boston District Courtroom arraigned Aibar Sept. 03, 2024, for the offenses of assault with harmful weapon and shoplifting.

Aibar stays in custody following his apprehension by ICE.
