Hader joked that “that showed them,” whereas Mulaney instantly requested if he was fired on the spot, which the “Barry” creator confirmed.
“The guy came down smiling, and he was like, ‘Hey, Bill. I have to fire you,’” although Hader added that the supervisor clearly “loved it.”
