Jamie xx has reunited with The Avalanches to launch a brand new single, “All You Children,”
The hypnotic membership heater marks Jamie xx’s fifth single of the 12 months forward of the discharge of his extremely anticipated sophomore album, In Waves. Scheduled to launch on September twentieth, the 12-track undertaking will arrive by way of Younger and have collaborations with Honey Dijon, Panda Bear, Robyn, Erykah Badu and his xx bandmates Romy and Oliver Sim, amongst others.
“The Avalanches have at all times been an inspiration for me,” Jamie xx said in a statement. “Their pattern approach and the way they piece collectively totally different sounds is unimaginable and collaborating on a monitor with them has confirmed me new methods of constructing music.”
In other Jamie xx news, the renowned producer recently transformed a London club into his own curated space for a 10-night residency in May. Each night featured special sets from a spate of his friends and collaborators.
