Kamala Harris Opens Up About The Reckless Mistake She Made Forward Of The 2024 Election

Former Vice President Kamala Harris concedes she made a grave mistake by holding again from advising her former boss, Joe Biden, towards pursuing reelection in 2024, declaring that: “In retrospect, I think it was recklessness.”

In an excerpt from her upcoming ebook “107 Days” revealed Wednesday in The Atlantic, Harris says that “of all the people in the White House, I was in the worst position to make the case that he should drop out.”

“I knew it would come off to him as incredibly self-serving if I advised him not to run,” she writes.

However Harris acknowledged that she was unsuitable to relaxation such an essential name on simply Biden and his spouse, Jill.

“‘It’s Joe and Jill’s decision.’ We all said that, like a mantra, as if we’d all been hypnotized,” she writes. “Was it grace, or was it recklessness? In retrospect, I think it was recklessness. Harris’ willingness to create a long way between herself and the previous president stands in distinction to the method she took towards Biden after she turned the Democratic nominee following his withdrawal from the election in July 2024.
