The killer of a taxi driver — remembered as a “hardworking, devoted, loving dad” — has been sentenced to life in jail for the brazen daylight capturing within the Again Bay.
Phillip Foy, 40, was convicted earlier this week by a Suffolk County jury of first-degree homicide for the deadly capturing of 60-year-old Dorchester man Luckinson Oruma again on June 4, 2019.
