Being a “girl dad” may have some advantages for NFL veteran Jason Kelce, based on his spouse, Kylie Kelce.
Showing on Amanda Hirsch’s “Not Skinny but Not Fat” podcast this week, Kylie Kelce recalled the early days of her relationship with Jason Kelce, whom she married in 2018.
“I think he has a very skewed idea of women… which is probably why he was blessed with four daughters,” she mentioned, pointing to the couple’s kids Wyatt, 5; Elliotte, 4; Bennett, 2; and Finnley, born March 30.
“The universe said, ’He doesn’t get it. We need him to get it.’ With only a brother and the only females in his house were his mom and his dog,” she added, referring to Jason Kelce’s youthful brother, Kansas Metropolis Chiefs tight finish Travis Kelce, and their mom Donna Kelce.
A Narberth, Pennsylvania native, Kylie Kelce acknowledged having doubts early on about her relationship with the soccer participant ― who she mentioned hadn’t dated anybody significantly past a highschool girlfriend.
“When we started dating and he introduced me to his family, his parents were like, ‘Oh, oh, he’s dating someone.’ Like, it was a shock,” she recalled.
She later mentioned, “I was like, ‘You guys are shocked to a point where, like, should I be here? Why are you so surprised that he’s holding down a long-term girlfriend?’”

Regardless of these preliminary reservations, Kylie Kelce mentioned she and her husband “match up really well” as a result of she has “minimal” expectations on the subject of gestures of affection.
“It’s like, ‘Walk past me in the kitchen, smack my ass.’ I’m good. We’re good,” she quipped. “Physical touch is one of my love languages.”
