‘Love Me Do’: The Beatles’ Lengthy Climb To The Prime

On the night of September 3, 1962, The Beatles have been enjoying within the industrial north of England, on the Queens Corridor in Widnes. Per week later, the Billboard chart listed each the Capitol Canada and Tollie singles collectively at No. 31; a month after that, beginning on Might 31, “Love Me Do” spent its solitary week on the high of the Billboard bestseller listing.
