The person accused of gunning down a cabbie within the Again Bay — a “ruthless killing” in broad daylight that shook native taxi drivers — is heading to trial.
Rhode Island man Phillip Foy, 40, allegedly shot 60-year-old Dorchester man, Luckinson Oruma, a number of occasions exterior the Colonnade Resort on Huntington Avenue in the midst of the day on June 4, 2019 as a result of the cabbie refused to drive him right down to Mansfield.
