A bus driver for an early childhood studying program in Newton has been indicted on three expenses of kidnapping after prosecutors say he hung out doing unknown issues with the younger youngsters in a secluded space.
A Middlesex Superior Courtroom grand jury delivered an indictment in opposition to Justin Vose, 42, of Bedford, charging him with three counts of kidnapping. He’s scheduled to be arraigned on the Woburn courthouse on Oct. 25 at 9:30 a.m.
