A Massachusetts highschool soccer participant who suffered a “traumatic brain injury” throughout his college’s Thanksgiving sport has began to regain consciousness and has been transferred to Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital for “continued recovery.”
Sharon sophomore Rohan Shukla collapsed on the sidelines throughout a sport towards Oliver Ames on Nov. 28 after an “injury during play,” as described by district officers. Shukla was rushed to Good Samaritan Medical Heart in Brockton earlier than being taken to Massachusetts Basic in Boston.
Shukla’s dad and mom, Abhishek and Deepika, offered an replace on their son’s situation via a GoFundMe that has raised $79,510 from 960 donations.
