Massachusetts man accused of taking pictures a golfer with a BB-type pellet

A golfer had fairly the scare on an area course final week.

A 46-year-old Waltham man is accused of taking pictures a golfer with a BB-type pellet at Leo J. Martin Golf Course in Weston final Thursday.

Police have filed an utility for a legal criticism that seeks to cost Kenneth Bergin.

Weston Police final Thursday responded to the golf course for a golfer reportedly being struck by a BB-type pellet.

The golfer was unhurt within the incident.

Police are in search of to cost Bergin with: disorderly conduct; discharging a BB gun throughout a public means; and property injury.

Weston Police stated this stays an energetic investigation.
