An 18-year-old Brockton man has been arrested in reference to allegedly capturing a 16-year-old lady within the face earlier this month.
Anthony Lopes was arrested on Monday on prices of: assault and battery by discharging a firearm, carrying a firearm with no license, possession of a high-capacity firearm, and armed theft.
The arrest was made in reference to the capturing of a 16-year-old lady in Easton on Jan. 14.
That Tuesday afternoon, Easton law enforcement officials responded to a 911 name reporting a capturing on the Avalon Easton Flats on Robert Drive.
Upon arrival, cops discovered the lady affected by a gunshot wound to the face.
She was transported by the Easton Fireplace Division to Good Samaritan Medical Middle in Brockton earlier than she was introduced by a medical helicopter to a Boston-area hospital with life-threatening accidents.
She was later listed in steady situation.
Witnesses informed police that the suspect fled in a black SUV earlier than police arrived. Investigators seized two autos following the capturing. The primary car was positioned within the Mansfield and the second was present in Brockton.
