Massachusetts man arrested outdoors Karen Learn trial: State Police

A person was arrested outdoors the Karen Learn trial on the opening day of the high-profile retrial after State Police troopers reportedly informed him a number of instances to go away the buffer zone.

Woburn man Bao Nguyen, 42, is accused of lingering and filming inside the buffer zone outdoors Norfolk Superior Courthouse in Dedham.

A buffer zone has been established outdoors the courthouse throughout the Learn proceedings, as protesters descend upon the realm.

State Police troopers on Tuesday morning reportedly requested Nguyen to go away the buffer zone, and defined the “protocols and rationale of the Court.”

When he didn’t exit the zone after a number of requests, troopers arrested him for violating the order.

As soon as in custody, Nguyen requested for medical consideration, and he was checked out by Dedham EMS earlier than being transported to the Framingham Barracks for reserving. He has been charged with trespassing.
