A 19-year-old man was arrested twice in a day, in accordance with Mass State Police who say he assaulted a pair of tow yard staff in Charlestown.
Medford man Diogo Silva is dealing with a number of expenses — together with assault and battery with a lethal weapon inflicting severe damage — after the Thursday evening tow yard incident.
Earlier within the day, Silva had been arrested by State Police, and he was charged with working with a suspended license.
Then at evening, he tried to retrieve his automobile from the Charlestown tow yard.
“When the tow company refused to release the car, the suspect attempted to drive the vehicle off the lot,” State Police mentioned in a press release.
“The operator struck and injured two employees in their 50s before fleeing the scene,” State Police added.
A short while later, Medford Police discovered Silva’s unoccupied automobile.
State Police troopers then discovered Silva and positioned him into custody.
