The MBTA has reached a $5 million settlement with the property of a person killed greater than three years in the past after his arm grew to become trapped within the door of a Pink Line prepare and he was dragged to his loss of life.
Robinson Lalin, 39, a father of two residing in Boston, was killed early on the morning of April 10, 2022, when an inbound Pink Line prepare’s door closed on his arm and dragged him into the Broadway station tunnel.
