Nation singer Pat Inexperienced is grieving after his stepbrother and household had been caught within the catastrophic floods that swept by central Texas on Friday.
Inexperienced, who’s behind the songs “Carry On” and “Two Hands,” shared information of the tragedy in a Monday Instagram put up.
“Over the weekend, during the devastating flooding that hit Central Texas, my family — like so many others — suffered a heartbreaking and deeply personal loss,” he wrote. “We are grieving alongside countless Texans whose lives have been upended by this tragedy.”
“Right now, we kindly ask for privacy and space as we mourn, support each other, and begin to process what comes next for our family,” the put up continued. “Thank you for your love, prayers, and compassion.”

In accordance with the Fort Value Star-Telegram, the “Texas On My Mind” singer’s stepbrother, John Burgess; sister-in-law, Julia Anderson Burgess; and their sons, James and Jack Burgess, had been tenting close to the Guadalupe River in a Kerr County RV camp when waters surged over 25 ft in lower than an hour.
Each mother and father have been declared lifeless, whereas the boys are nonetheless listed as lacking.
The Burgesses had been tenting within the space earlier than planning on selecting up their 8-year-old daughter from summer time camp, which was not impacted by the flood.
