Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey introduced the formation this week of a brand new panel charged with guiding the state’s transition from fossil fuels to renewable power.
The Power Transformation Advisory Board contains representatives of labor, enterprise, finance and environmental justice advocacy organizations in addition to utilities, constructing house owners and builders.
