Newburyport police, Coast Guard seek for lacking individual in Merrimack River

Newburyport officers and the Coast Guard searched the Merrimack River after an individual was seen clinging to the facet of a small boat early Wednesday morning.

At about 8 a.m., native police and fireplace departments obtained experiences of an individual lacking within the Merrimack River, Newburyport Metropolis Marshal Matthew Simons and Fireplace Chief Stephen Bradbury reported.
