Scream and Prepared or Not producer James Vanderbilt teamed up with Russell Crowe (Gladiator, The Pope’s Exorcist), Rami Malek (Bohemian Rhapsody, Mr. Robotic), and Michael Shannon (Midnight Particular, Take Shelter) for Nuremberg, a historic drama set in post-war Germany. Organized by Bluestone Entertainment and Walden Media, the undertaking is impressed by Jack El Hai’s guide The Nazi and the Psychiatrist. Vanderbilt directs from a script he wrote, with manufacturing beginning in February in Hungary. Sony Footage Classics has introduced its acquisition of the movie and has scheduled a launch for November 7, 2025, forward of the eightieth anniversary of the Trials.
NUREMBERG chronicles the true story of the eponymous trials held by the Allies in opposition to the defeated Nazi regime. The movie facilities on American psychiatrist Douglas Kelley (Malek), who’s tasked with figuring out whether or not Nazi prisoners are match to face trial for his or her battle crimes and finds himself in a fancy battle of wits with Hermann Göring (Crowe), Hitler’s right-hand man.
