“I did get Italian citizenship,” Kimmel revealed. “I do have that.”

“If you want to change your mind, that’s so hard to do,” he said. “If you want to admit you were wrong, that’s so hard and so rare to do. You are welcome.”
After Trump’s election in November 2024, Kimmel made his emotions concerning the returning president clear.
“It was a terrible night for women, for children, for the hundreds of thousands of hard-working immigrants who make this country go, for health care, for our climate, for science, for journalism, for justice, for free speech.
