A Brockton man arrested in March for taking photos of a girl as she showered on the East Bridgewater YMCA will face a further 21 legal prices, together with accusations he had little one pornography in his possession, in line with the the East Bridgewater Police Division.
Abidan Rivera, 42, supplied a responsible plea in Could to a cost of “photographing, videotaping or electronically surveilling somebody nude/partially nude, or sexual intimate components.”
On Tuesday, police introduced he would face 17 extra counts of that cost, in addition to two counts of “posing or exhibiting little one in state of nudity or sexual conduct” and two extra of possession of kid pornography.
“The ongoing investigation, including a forensic examination of RIVERA’s cellphone by the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office High Tech Evidence Analysis Team (H.E.A.T.), led to the discovery of 17 more illicit images,” the Division stated in a launch.
The photographs, in line with police, “are of both women and children, nude and unaware they were being photographed, that appear to have been taken in the family locker room of the East Bridgewater YMCA.”
