A Quincy Excessive College varsity cheer coach is being investigated for allegedly offering alcohol and marijuana to college students whereas committing different alarming crimes, in line with the district’s superintendent.
In a letter despatched to the college neighborhood on Friday, Superintendent Kevin Mulvey didn’t title the coach topic to the district-led investigation into alleged “violations of state and federal law,” The Patriot Ledger first reported.
“Specifically,” Mulvey wrote, “it is alleged that on at least one occasion, the employee provided alcohol and marijuana to Quincy High School students, shared inappropriate images online, and breached student confidentiality by sharing private information that the employee had access to in the course of their administrative responsibilities.”
The superintendent known as the allegations “very serious,” including that the worker has been positioned on administrative go away amid the energetic investigation. He didn’t describe the “inappropriate images” or say whether or not legislation enforcement can also be investigating.
“Not all of the details are currently known to the school department,” Mulvey wrote in his letter. “I would like to thank the members of the school community who brought these incidents to the attention of school and district administrators.”
