Even Tommy DeVito, “Tommy Cutlets,” the most recent Patriot, knew St. Anthony’s Feast within the North Finish was the place to be seen this weekend. This annual custom within the metropolis celebrates Italian heritage and it’s what makes Boston the perfect metropolis within the nation. (OK, we’re an neutral, however it’s true.)
