Rhode Island man accused of kidnapping a 75-year-old lady at a Massachusetts 99 Restaurant

A 36-year-old man allegedly kidnapped a 75-year-old lady at a 99 Restaurant, threatening her with a gun if she didn’t “perform lewd acts,” in keeping with officers.
