A 36-year-old man allegedly kidnapped a 75-year-old lady at a 99 Restaurant, threatening her with a gun if she didn’t “perform lewd acts,” in keeping with officers.

“Eventually, once the suspect had driven to a four-way intersection in what the victim believed to be Providence or Johnston, Rhode Island, the woman attempted to escape the vehicle,” the DA’s workplace added.

The suspect then turned off the engine, received out of the automobile and threw the keys away from her earlier than leaving the scene. The lady then returned to Massachusetts and reported the incident to Pembroke Police.

The police division posted surveillance photographs of the suspect to their social media pages, asking the general public for assist in figuring out him. “Preliminary investigation positively identified Guerrero as the male individual seen on surveillance footage during the incident as well as the rideshare passenger who had visited several local bars and restaurants in the Pembroke area shortly before the incident,” the DA’s workplace wrote.

Guerrero was arrested by regulation enforcement in Windfall final week and signed a waiver to be extradited again to Massachusetts.
