Before musical performances, singers often do a quick warmup to get their vocal cords ready.
Snoop Dogg instead did his version of a warmup Sunday before the Super Bowl halftime show.
A video posted on Twitter shows the hip hop artist taking a hit of what appears to be a joint before going on stage for the star-studded performance.

Super Bowl LVI was at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, just outside of Los Angeles. Recreational use of marijuana is legal in California, although it is prohibited at SoFi Stadium.
Either way, according to many viewers, the cannabis may have given Snoop Dogg a boost, as the Super Bowl halftime show — which also featured Dr. Dre, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem and 50 Cent — garnered rave reviews online.
A few fans, though, are waiting with bated breath regarding Snoop Dogg’s pre-show puff.
One of the many crazy prop bets for the big game was whether Snoop Dogg would smoke during the halftime show, with the odds at -180 that he would not. It’s unclear as of Monday afternoon whether the Twitter video will win bettors their prop bets.
