Within the Div. 1 quarterfinals, Caden Sullivan notched 24 factors, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists whereas Jake Olmstead added 17 factors and Justice Samuels added one other 13 as No 1. Franklin defeated No 8. Bridgewater-Raynham, 63-50, in boys basketball motion.

Ladies basketball

Within the Div. 3 quarterfinals, Bella Owumi netted 19 factors with 14 rebounds whereas Sysy McCausland Emmanuel added 10 factors as top-seeded St. Mary’s of Lynn (23-3) ousted No. 8 East Bridgewater 57-38.

Ladies hockey

Noelle Gorham and Molly Murphy scored as No. 6 Milton (19-3-2) knocked off third-seeded Woburn 2-0 in a Div. 2 state quarterfinal. … Maggie Ash tallied a pair and Kate Sullivan added three assists as top-seeded Westwood (21-1-1) defeated No. 8 Auburn, 3-2.
